Happy Fall Y’all

Hi crafty friends! The leaves are yellow and dropping, and “termination dust”, otherwise known as snow, is settling on the tops of the mountains. I’m thankful it’s not quite winter yet, and we may just have some lovely days before it snows. To celebrate autumn, I’ve been in my craft room making some pumpkin cards. I’m in a couple pen pal exchange groups, and I wanted to send them a fall related card.

This was a super simple card to create. First I ink blended the pumpkin and sunflower using Altenew inks, Autumn Blaze, Maple Yellow, Rocky Shores, and Olive. The pumpkin came form Pink & Main’s monthly subscription kit. It’s a fantastic kit with loads of products for a very reasonable price. I chose some pretty leafy paper from the Pink & Main paper pack that came with the kit. I used a stitched circle die from Gina K Master Layouts 8 to cut the circle from the patterned leaf paper. I adhered some yellow paper behind the cut-out circle and then embossed the whole card front using the Leaves embossing folder from Pink and Main. I adhered the pumpkin using some foam dimensional tape. Finally, I stamped, fussy cut, and adhered the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Hope you all are enjoying a crafty fall as well!
